Casa Cuyar is located in the beautiful Espinaredo Valley, a unique village, right in the center of the distrit of Piloña, eastern Asturias. It is nestled between the mountains in a traditional Asturian village, away from the madding crowds - a natural paradise surrounded by history, art and culture, a fantastic scenery and only 40 minutes from sandy beaches, 30 minutes from Picos de Europa National Park, and limiting with Redes and Ponga Nature Parks, two well preserved biosphere reserves.
The house is distributed in three available floors to accommodate up to six persons.
Downstairs there is a vast dining room, cum lounge and fireplace and TV set. There is also a fully equipped kitchen and a vast storeroom.
In the first floor there are two twinbedded rooms, with 90cm wide beds, a bathroom and toilet.
In the bright garret with beautiful views over the surroundings, you will find one bedroom with a 135cm wide bed, a bathroom, a lounge with fireplace and a library in wich you will find all necessary information about the area.

“Wonderful surroundings and a great natural beauty”
“The house is very nice and is very well equipped”
We have spent an incredible Easter in the house. Everything was impeccably prepared and in perfect condition. The house is very nice and is very well equipped. The photos totally reflect every part of the house. The town is charming and very well located to visit much of Asturias. The children have had a great time with the village animals.
Thank you Mari Paz and Javier for your hospitality!
